All albums count toward applicable sales reporting charts: Hanteo, Circle, or Billboard.

Processing and Fulfillment

Our wonderful team at shop.kpopnara.com is committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed manually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Typically it takes 1-3 business days to process and fulfill orders. However, special events and exclusive releases may delay processing times. Estimated shipping times shared at checkout do not include order processing times. 

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If an order cannot be processed, we will reach out to you via email.

Shipping is currently available to the following regions except for select items that will be restricted to the US:

US & US Outlying Islands, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.

Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.

Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Any charges, fees or taxes associated with shipping/delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
