The albums are great, the store is fun. However the entry process to win extra stuff for this promo was time consuming and confusing.

K popper Nara has gotten better w their communication when items are pre-sale. This album was a great example of that. Usually I would get an email stating that my album shipped, when it didn't. When I emailed them to ask where the album was I was told it was not shipped yet and they had no control over the emails the website auto generates and it's my responsibility to track when the album gets released by re reading the fine print. I am proud to announce that I did not get any emails that stated wrong information. They obviously fixed the glitch. Let's celebrate!! I received this album only a couple of days after my Weverse purchase from South Korea.
