Refund policy

Our team will make sure to check all conditions of items in your order before shipping. However, in the chance that the items in your order are defective, damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us at shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will gladly assist with a replacement (if product is available) or a refund.

  1. Please send the email through the same email you used when placing your order
  2. Please include “Defective Product Claim” + your order number in the email subject line
  3. Please record an unboxing video starting with the opening of your Kpop Nara package with no editing and with all contents visible. Please also include in your recording the shipping label associated with your package.
  4. Please include any other information regarding your claim
