Welcome to Kpop Nara. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shop.kpopnara.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Company Information

2. Eligibility

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Site with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may be limited edition, exclusive, or time-sensitive.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.

  • Product images are for reference only; packaging, inclusions, or minor details may vary.

4. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated ship dates are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, artist or label changes, or logistics.

  • All pre-orders are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.

5. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges.

6. Payments

We accept payment methods made available at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.

7. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • International shipments may be delayed due to customs or local carriers.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

8. All Sales Final / Returns & Refunds

A. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing by Kpop Nara.

B. Non-Returnable Items (Including but Not Limited To)

  • Opened or unsealed albums

  • Photocards and collectible inserts

  • Randomized or blind-pack items

  • Limited edition or event merchandise

  • Pre-order items

  • Final sale items

C. Online vs In-Store Purchases

  • Online purchases made at shop.kpopnara.com must be handled online only.

  • In-store staff cannot process refunds, returns, or exchanges for online orders.

  • In-store purchases are governed solely by the in-store return policy provided at the point of sale.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion, as permitted by law.

9. Promotions & Anti-Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel orders, revoke promotions, or restrict accounts in cases of suspected fraud, automated purchasing, policy abuse, or chargeback abuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to Kpop Nara and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Interfere with Site security or operations

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated purchasing tools without authorization

  • Submit false claims or engage in fraud

12. Third-Party Services

The Site may rely on third-party providers for payments, shipping, analytics, or fraud prevention. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kpop Nara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kpop Nara from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, unless prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

18. International Users

You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Site or products are available or appropriate in all countries.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
