Shipping policy

At the moment, shipping is only available to addresses within the United States excluding United States Minor Outlying Islands, American Samoa (see also separate entry under AS), Puerto Rico (see also separate entry under PR), Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S., APO/FPO, Guam (see also separate entry under GU). Unfortunately, this item cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.

Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.

Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Any charges, fees or taxes associated with shipping/delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Unfortunately, shop.kpopnara.com has no control over packages that have left our warehouse and are in the hands of the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier for any updates on delivery including late or missing/stolen packages. However, if you have any questions, we are always here to help.
