US & US Outlying Islands, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.
Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.

For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Our team will make sure to check all conditions of items in your order before shipping. However, in the event that the items in your order are defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will gladly assist with a replacement (if product is available) or a refund.
