Our wonderful team at shop.kpopnara.com is committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed manually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

In stock items take approximately 1-2 business days to fulfil.

Pre-orders are placed in advance and cannot be processed and fulfilled until the new items are shipped to our warehouse. Please see the product description for more information about fulfilment estimates for all pre-orders.

In some circumstances, special events and exclusive product releases may experience delayed processing times due to high volume.

Estimated shipping times shared at checkout are based on averages for all items and do not guarantee shipment by a specific date.

Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will reach out to you via email.

US & US Outlying Islands, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.

Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.

Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee.   3. Please record an unboxing video starting with the opening of your Kpop Nara package with no editing and with all contents visible. Please also include in your recording the shipping label associated with your package.
  4. Please include any other information regarding your claim
