BOTH Album and Photocard will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Fulfillment begins January 27, 2026.
- Album versions will be provided at random from CLOSE YOUR EYES’ existing discography.
- Kpop Nara Exclusive Holiday Lucky Draw photocards will be packaged outside the album and full member sets are guaranteed with each purchase of 7 albums.
- If you would like to receive your Photocard earlier through in-store pickup, please purchase the [IN-STORE PC PICKUP] product.

- This is a PRE-ORDER. Orders for this product will ship once it has arrived at our distribution center, beginning approximately 01/27/26. PRE-ORDER products must be purchased separately from other items.
- Due to increased order volumes during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee a specific shipment date.
Processing and Fulfillment
Our wonderful team at shop.kpopnara.com is committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed manually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
In-stock items take approximately 1–2 business days to fulfill
Pre-orders are placed in advance and cannot be processed and fulfilled until the new items are shipped to our warehouse. Please see the product description for more information about fulfillment estimates for all pre-orders.
In some circumstances, special events and exclusive product releases may experience delayed processing times due to high volume.
Estimated shipping times shared at checkout are based on averages for all items and do not guarantee shipment by a specific date.
Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified or canceled. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will reach out to you via email.
Shipping
Shipping is currently available to the following regions except for select items that will be restricted to the US:
US & US Outlying Islands, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.
Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.
Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Any charges, fees or taxes associated with shipping/delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

Unfortunately, shop.kpopnara.com has no control over packages that have left our warehouse and are in the hands of the carrier. Return Policy
Our team will make sure to check all conditions of items in your order before shipping. However, in the event that the items in your order are defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will gladly assist with a replacement (if product is available) or a refund.
- Please send the email through the same email you used when placing your order
- Please include “Defective Product Claim” + your order number in the email subject line
- Please record an unboxing video starting with the opening of your Kpop Nara package with no editing and with all contents visible. Please also include in your recording the shipping label associated with your package.
- Please include any other information regarding your claim
