This is a Alternative Method of Entry (free entry) page offering entry into the BOYNEXTDOOR x KPOP NARA NYC FANSIGN 2026 scheduled to take place on November 8, 2026 in NYC.
[Eligibility]:
- Participants must be at least 15 years of age as of the start of the entry period.
- Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian to the event.
- Only one (1) parent or legal guardian per minor participant will be permitted entry. Additional individuals, including siblings, other family members, friends, or guests, will be strictly prohibited from entering the event venue.
- Any additional accompanying individuals will be denied entry, without exception, subject to applicable accessibility and legal accommodation requirements.
- Parents or legal guardians accompanying minor participants are not considered event participants and will not be entitled to participant benefits, including artist interactions, autographs, or photo opportunities.

- You may enter without purchasing an album by completing the required Free Alternate Method of Entry Form during the entry period.
- Free entry does not include album purchase benefits, photocard benefits, or other buyer-only inclusions.
- Each form submission equals 1 submission, and you may enter up to 20 submissions. Please do not submit above 20 submissions.
All entries are subject to review for completeness, eligibility, duplication, fraud prevention, and compliance with the Official Rules. Incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or unverifiable submissions are void. Multiple personally submitted entries within the stated limit are permitted.

Processing and Fulfillment
- Our wonderful team at shop.kpopnara.com is committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed manually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- In-stock items take approximately 1–2 business days to fulfill.
- Pre-orders are placed in advance and cannot be processed and fulfilled until the items have arrived at our warehouse. Please see the product description for more information about fulfillment estimates for all pre-order products.
- In some circumstances, special events and exclusive product releases may experience delayed processing times due to high volume.
- Estimated shipping times shared at checkout are based on averages for all items and do not guarantee shipment by a specific date.

- Shipping is currently available to the following regions except for select items that will be restricted to the US: US & US Outlying Islands, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.
- Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.
- Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Any charges, fees or taxes associated with shipping/delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

Return Policy
Our team will make sure to check all conditions of items in your order before shipping. However, in the event that the items in your order are defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will gladly assist with a replacement (if product is available) or a refund.

2. Please include "Defective Product Claim" + your order number in the email subject line.
3. Please record an unboxing video starting with the opening of your Kpop Nara package with no editing and with all contents visible. Please also include in your recording the shipping label associated with your package.
