Parent/legal guardian consent documentation will be required prior to participation in the event and at the event.
[How to Enter]
1. Purchase Eligible Album(s)
- Purchase of at least one (1) eligible album through this product page is required to participate in the event.
Eligible Products:
- YEONJUN – NO LABELS: PART 02 (Kpop Nara Exclusive)*
*Albums are randomly assigned and will be either the Kpop Nara Exclusive THEME 1, THEME 2 or THEME 3 version. Version requests cannot be accommodated.
Please note:
- Album purchases do NOT increase your chances of selection.
- Regardless of the quantity of eligible albums purchased, each participant may only receive one (1) entry submission.
- A valid content submission and completed entry form are also required for eligibility.
- Multiple purchases are permitted; however, each participant is limited to one creative content submission competition entry. Additional album purchases do not provide additional entries.
- Customers purchasing multiple albums will still receive all applicable album inclusions and purchase benefits.
- Customers should ensure that their cart contains the correct purchase benefits before checkout, as orders will be fulfilled based on the items added to the cart.

- Cancellations or order modifications will only be accepted during the official entry period.
- Beginning July 31, 2026, all sales are final and submitted participant information cannot be modified.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted except in cases of verified product defects or shipping damage.
- To report damaged or defective items, customers must:
- Record a full unboxing video beginning prior to opening the package
- Submit all claims to shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of delivery

Processing and Fulfillment
Our wonderful team at shop.kpopnara.com is committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed manually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
In-stock items take approximately 1–2 business days to fulfill
Pre-orders are placed in advance and cannot be processed and fulfilled until the new items are shipped to our warehouse. Please see the product description for more information about fulfillment estimates for all pre-orders.
In some circumstances, special events and exclusive product releases may experience delayed processing times due to high volume.
Estimated shipping times shared at checkout are based on averages for all items and do not guarantee shipment by a specific date.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.
Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.
Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Return Policy
