- Purchase of at least one (1) eligible album is required to participate in the event.

Please note:
- Album purchases do NOT increase your chances of selection.
- Regardless of the quantity of eligible albums purchased, each participant may only receive one (1) entry submission.
- A valid content submission and completed entry form are also required for eligibility.
- Multiple purchases are permitted; however, each participant is limited to one creative content submission competition entry. Additional album purchases do not provide additional entries.
- Customers purchasing multiple albums will still receive all applicable album inclusions and purchase benefits.
- Customers purchasing during the early bird period will also receive an additional benefit.

[Order & Refund Policy]
- Cancellations or order modifications will only be accepted during the official entry period.
- Beginning July 7, 2026, all sales are final and submitted participant information cannot be modified.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted except in cases of verified product defects or shipping damage.
- To report damaged or defective items, customers must:
- Record a full unboxing video beginning prior to opening the package
- Submit all claims to shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of delivery
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be denied.

- Orders are expected to begin shipping from the 2nd week of September, once products arrive at our distribution center. Shipping timelines may vary depending on manufacturing, import, or logistics delays.

- Kpop Nara is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, production changes, or circumstances outside of our control.

Processing and Fulfillment
Our wonderful team at shop.kpopnara.com is committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed manually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
In-stock items take approximately 1–2 business days to fulfill
Pre-orders are placed in advance and cannot be processed and fulfilled until the new items are shipped to our warehouse. Please see the product description for more information about fulfillment estimates for all pre-orders.
In some circumstances, special events and exclusive product releases may experience delayed processing times due to high volume.
Estimated shipping times shared at checkout are based on averages for all items and do not guarantee shipment by a specific date.
Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified or canceled. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will reach out to you via email.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.
Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.

For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Return Policy
