[PRE-ORDER] aespa - The 2nd Album 'LEMONADE' [LA 2026 FANSIGN EVENT]

This is a PRE-ORDER product page offering entry into the aespa x KPOP NARA LA FANSIGN 2026 scheduled to take place on October 2, 2026 in Los Angeles, California.

[Eligibility]:

• Participants must be at least 15 years of age as of the start of the entry period.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their legal guardian and must be accompanied by a legal guardian to the event.
• Parent/legal guardian consent documentation will be required prior to participation in the event and at the event.

[How to Enter]:

You may enter the aespa – Lemonade Los Angeles Fansign Sweepstakes through one of the following methods:

1. Album Purchase Entry

Each purchase of [PRE-ORDER] aespa - The 2nd Album 'LEMONADE' [LA 2026 FANSIGN EVENT] includes:

• One (1) aespa - ‘LEMONADE’ Album*
• One (1) random aespa x KPOP NARA LA FANSIGN 2026 Exclusive Selfie Photocard
• One (1) entry into the Los Angeles Fansign Event Sweepstakes

Each eligible album purchased = one (1) sweepstakes entry.

Participants must complete the ENTRY FORM after purchasing to be eligible.

*Albums are randomly assigned and will be either the P.O.S version or the Mutant Version (Random 1 of 4). Version requests cannot be accommodated. 

2. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

• You may also enter without purchasing an album by completing the required Free Alternate Method of Entry Form during the entry period.
• Free entry does not include album purchase benefits, photocard benefits, or other buyer-only inclusions.

All entries are subject to review for completeness, eligibility, duplication, fraud prevention, and compliance with the Official Rules. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, bulk, false, or unverifiable submissions are void.

Selected winners will be contacted using the contact information provided in the entry form. Failure to respond within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the winner’s spot.

Each eligible album purchase includes:

• One (1) random aespa x KPOP NARA LA FANSIGN 2026 Exclusive Selfie Photocard.
• Random distribution: 1 of 4 photocards.
• Fansign Exclusive Selfie photocards will be packaged outside the album and a full set is guaranteed with each purchase of four (4) albums.

Each eligible purchase of 4 albums in a single order includes:

• One (1) additional aespa x KPOP NARA LA FANSIGN 2026 Exclusive Unit Photocard.
• Random distribution: 1 of 4 photocards.
• Fansign Exclusive Unit photocards will be packaged outside the album and a full set is guaranteed with each purchase of sixteen (16) albums.

• Customers should ensure that their cart contains the correct purchase benefits before checkout, as orders will be fulfilled based on the items added to the cart.

[Fansign Details]:

• Please note that the artist interaction segment will be limited in duration for each participant with each artist. To ensure the smooth operation of the event and minimize delays, participants will be asked to move on to the next artist once they have received their signature.

[Order & Refund Policy]:

• Cancellations or order modifications will only be accepted during the official entry period.
• Beginning September 20, 2026, all sales are final and submitted participant information cannot be modified.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted except in cases of verified product defects or shipping damage.

To report damaged or defective items, customers must:

• Record a full unboxing video beginning prior to opening the package.
• Submit all claims to shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be denied.

[Pre-Order & Shipping Information]:

• This is a PRE-ORDER item.
• Orders are expected to begin shipping from the 2nd week of November, once products arrive at our distribution center. Shipping timelines may vary depending on manufacturing, import, or logistics delays.
• PRE-ORDER products must be purchased separately from other items on shop.kpopnara.com. Orders containing non-preorder items may be delayed or canceled.
• Kpop Nara is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, production changes, or circumstances outside of our control.
