- Random distribution: 1 of 5 photocards
- Fansign Exclusive photocards will be packaged outside the album and a full set is guaranteed with each purchase of five (5) albums.

- Cancellations or order modifications will only be accepted during the official entry period.
- Beginning July 29, 2026, all sales are final and submitted participant information cannot be modified.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted except in cases of verified product defects or shipping damage.
- To report damaged or defective items, customers must:
- Record a full unboxing video beginning prior to opening the package
- Submit all claims to shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of delivery
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be denied.

- This is a PRE-ORDER item.
- Orders are expected to begin shipping from the 2nd week of September, once products arrive at our distribution center. Shipping timelines may vary depending on manufacturing, import, or logistics delays.
- PRE-ORDER products must be purchased separately from other items on shop.kpopnara.com. Orders containing non-preorder items may be delayed or canceled.
- Kpop Nara is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, production changes, or circumstances outside of our control.

- Winners are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and any additional expenses related to attending the event unless otherwise stated.
- Fansign details, including date, time, venue, and event format, are subject to change without notice due to artist, venue, or organizer circumstances.
- Participation in the event will require valid government-issued identification matching the winner information submitted during entry.
- Entries found to contain fraudulent information, duplicate accounts, or manipulated engagement may be disqualified without notice.
Processing and Fulfillment
- Our wonderful team at shop.kpopnara.com is committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed manually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- In-stock items take approximately 1–2 business days to fulfill.
- Pre-orders are placed in advance and cannot be processed and fulfilled until the items have arrived at our warehouse. Please see the product description for more information about fulfillment estimates for all pre-order products.
- In some circumstances, special events and exclusive product releases may experience delayed processing times due to high volume.
- Estimated shipping times shared at checkout are based on averages for all items and do not guarantee shipment by a specific date.
- Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified or canceled. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will reach out to you via email.
Shipping
- Shipping is currently available to the following regions except for select items that will be restricted to the US: US & US Outlying Islands, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.
- Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.
- Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Any charges, fees or taxes associated with shipping/delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
- Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Unfortunately, shop.kpopnara.com has no control over packages that have left our warehouse and are in the hands of the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier for any updates on delivery including late or missing/stolen packages. However, if you have any questions, we are always here to help. Return Policy
Our team will make sure to check all conditions of items in your order before shipping. However, in the event that the items in your order are defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will gladly assist with a replacement (if product is available) or a refund.
1. Please send the email through the same email you used when placing your order.
2. Please include "Defective Product Claim" + your order number in the email subject line.
3. Please record an unboxing video starting with the opening of your Kpop Nara package with no editing and with all contents visible. Please also include in your recording the shipping label associated with your package.
4. Please include any other information regarding your claim.
